Meet Our Team
President
Harlan is a veteran business owner of over 40 years. He has started businesses in the mortgage industry, insurance arena and the services landscape. He is a wealth of information and enjoys mentoring people through business. He has had his hand in pretty much every aspect of life from business to racing dirt bikes. He is always available to take a phone call. He has two children, Aaron and Matt. He also has 6 grandchildren that has transformed him into a grandparent.
Managing Owner
Jonathan grew up in Chattanooga, TN and moved to Murfreesboro after attending Tennesssee Tech University where he majored in Chemistry. After Climbing the corporate ladder he decided to shift gears with a new venture that would allow more time for his family. He started a mowing business when he was 14 and has always loved a beautifully kept lawn. That passion turned into started Premier Turf in 2015. His family loves camping and just getting outside away from all the screens in today’s world. He and his wife Lauren have 6 children, Clayton, Liam, Bella, Ethan, Annabelle, and Stella.
Customer Service Director
Lauren was born and raised in Murfreesboro. She attended Middle Tennessee University where she received a Masters in the Sciences. She has spent her whole professional life in customer service on the medical side and now with Premier Turf. She loves her 6 kids almost as much as her doggy June. If she isn’t answering the phone in the office you will find her at church.
General Manager
Tom is a Veteran to the Green Industry. He has a degree in Turf Science from Purdue University. Before coming to Premier Turf he was a Golf Course Superintendent and was involved in the Construction of the Series of Bear Trace Golf Courses. He has been maintaining high levels of turfgrass for over 30 years. He handles all operations on a field level for Premier Turf and is generally the one with the Answers. Tom has three kids Jack, Blakely and Jonathon.
